If you are unable to login with the email address used when placing your Subscription order, please Create an Account with the same email address used to make your Subscription order.

How do I skip my next (or a future) shipment?

Step 1

Click "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Shipping/Billing Schedule"

Step 3

Click the "Skip" button for the shipment you wish to skip

How do I swap my box for a different kind?

Step 1

Click "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Edit" under Actions

Step 3

Click "Change Product Variant" and select the new product

How can I pause/cancel my plan?

Click the "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Pause/Cancel subscription" button

Step 3

Select a reason for pausing/cancelling and then click "Cancel Subscription"

How can I change the shipment frequency or next shipment date?

Click the "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Select "Edit" under Actions

Select "Change next charge date" or "Change Shipping/Billing Schedule"
