Managing Your Subscription:

If you are unable to login with the email address used when placing your Subscription order, please Create an Account with the same email address used to make your Subscription order.

How do I skip my next (or a future) shipment?

Step 1

Click "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Upcoming Orders" from the navigation bar

Step 3

Click the "Skip this order" at the bottom of the page

How do I swap my box for a different kind?

Step 1

Click "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

From the "Upcoming Orders" tab click into your Subscription

Step 3

Click "Variant" and select the new option you want

How can I pause/cancel my plan?

Note: If you are unable to Login with the email address used when placing your Subscription order, please Create an Account with the same email address used to make your Subscription order.

Step 1

Click the "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

From the "My Subscriptions" tab select the Subscription you wish to cancel

Step 3

At the bottom of the page select "Cancel/Pause Subscription"

Step 4

Select a "Reason for Cancellation" and click NEXT

Step 5

Choose an alternative to cancellation, or choose "Cancel Subscription"

Step 6

Finalize cancellation by clicking "Cancel Subscription"

How can I change the shipment frequency or next shipment date?

Step 1

Click the "Manage Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

From the "My Subscriptions" tab select the Subscription you wish to edit

Step 3

Select "Next order" and adjust to the date you prefer
