The best Weight Watchers healthy pizza recipes

February 9 is National Pizza Day and you can guess how we're planning to celebrate...with pizza, of course!

Like snacks, pizza doesn't have to be a bad word or something you're scared to eat. If you love eating pizza, it doesn't have to be off-limits when you're trying to lose weight or eat healthier.

As the Weight Watchers program proves, there are plenty of creative and tasty healthy pizza recipes, including traditional pizza, pizza made with alternative crusts (like cauliflower or butternut squash), and even creative twists on pizza (like pizza waffles or nostalgia-inducing bagel bites).

The Weight Watchers blog has a full list of 28 pizza recipes for weight loss but we wanted to highlight our favorites. Here's how to make healthy pizza:

Where to even begin with this recipe? The creamy blend of three cheeses? The crunchy everything bagel crust? Or maybe the crunchy garlic chip garnish? This healthy pizza has a lot going for it, including the fact that it's grilled for a summery dinner feel.
