Step 1

Click the "Managed Subscription" button under My Account

Select "Shipping/Billing Schedule"

Step 3

Select the shipment you wish to skip

Click the "Managed Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Add Product" to the right side of the "My subscriptions" screen

Step 3

Select the NEW box you want

Step 4

Select the appropriate shipment frequency and quantity. If you have more than one subscription, make sure you're adding this box to the right one (under "Add to subscription" line item). The new box will be shipped on the same date the old box would have been shipped on.

Step 5

Cancel the box you wish to replace

Step 6

Select "I'm exchanging for a different box" and then "Pause/Cancel Subscription" button

Click the "Managed Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Pause/Cancel subscription" button

Step 3

Select a reason for pausing/cancelling and select "Pause/Cancel Subscription"

Step 1

Click the "Managed Subscription" button under My Account

Step 2

Select "Edit" button

Step 3

Select "Change Shipping/Billing Schedule"

Step 4

Select you new shipping/billing frequency and press "Save"
